Deon C. Freeman brings more than 13 years of final expense insurance experience and a lifelong commitment to serving his community. Through Phase 7 Enterprise LLC, he helps families understand their coverage options and helps agents develop the skills to serve families with confidence and care.
Born in Virginia and raised in New Jersey, Deon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Benedict College in 1993. His career began in management and sales before he spent 13 years teaching at Project Link in Newark, New Jersey.
His entrepreneurial journey included founding Phase 3 Enterprises LLC, a distribution business he later sold to one of his students. He also owned an in-home, non-medical care franchise serving seniors, new mothers, and people with disabilities.
Through that work, Deon saw families struggling to prepare for funeral and burial expenses. That experience inspired him to become a licensed life insurance agent and begin working with Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company.
Today, Deon leads Phase 7 Enterprise and Talented 10 with an emphasis on clear explanations, personal guidance, agent development, and ongoing client service.

Nacido en Virginia y criado en Nueva Jersey, Deon obtuvo en 1993 una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, con una especialización secundaria en Mercadeo, en Benedict College. Comenzó su carrera en administración y ventas y posteriormente dedicó 13 años a la enseñanza en Project Link, en Newark, Nueva Jersey.
Su trayectoria empresarial incluye la fundación de Phase 3 Enterprises LLC, una empresa de distribución que más adelante vendió a uno de sus alumnos. También fue propietario de una franquicia de atención no médica a domicilio para personas mayores, madres recientes y personas con discapacidad.
Durante ese trabajo, observó las dificultades que enfrentaban muchas familias para prepararse para los gastos funerarios y de entierro. Esa experiencia lo motivó a obtener su licencia de seguros de vida y comenzar a trabajar con Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company.
Actualmente, Deon dirige Phase 7 Enterprise y Talented 10, con un enfoque en explicaciones claras, orientación personalizada, desarrollo de agentes y atención continua a los clientes.
